
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Any item under 1kg is posted within 72hrs of payment being cleared, using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Postage usually takes two / three working days.
Standard charge is £6.95 which may be discounted subject to the item size.
Any item over 1kg and less than 5Kg is sent within 72hrs of payment being cleared, using DHL Carrier Delivery service. Delivery is normally next day in England and Wales.
Standard charge is £9.99 up to 5KG. Over 5KG please ask for a quote.
For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Scotland or Northern Ireland a surcharge will apply, please contact us to enquire about additional costs of deliveries to these areas at : Shipping@mbsuk.co.uk.
Please make sure you are available to sign for the goods as redeliveries will incur additional charges. You will be advised by email when your goods have been dispatched.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payment by PAYPAL (preferred), Cheque / Bankers Drafts – please allow 5 working days for clearance, Bank transfer, Credit / Debit card, Postal order made payable to Microtech Business Systems.
If you are using PAYPAL. Postage will only be to the address registered with PAYPAL. NO exceptions. If payment amount is greater than £50, we reserve the right to refuse payments from PAYPAL accounts that do not have address confirmation.
All prices include VAT at the current rate. A VAT invoice is available on request.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Warranty : All new items supplied by MBSUK carry a one year 'return to base' warranty, where labour and new parts are free, if due to faulty manufacture or the item breaking down in normal use, this is in addition to any manufacturers warranty. Please note the buyer is responsible for the postage and packing costs. Please ensure that you obtain an RMA number before returning goods to us by emailing Customerservices@mbsuk.co.uk.
Faulty goods will be tested and returned to the manufacturer who will replace them and they will be returned to you. This is a lengthy process so be prepared to wait. Or, alternatively you can deal with the manufacturer direct using any web address that is listed above.
D.O.A : In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item a swap out replacement will be offered whereby a replacement product will be sent out on receipt of the faulty item. Once our workshop has confirmed the fault, full postage will be refunded. Please ensure that you obtain an RMA number before returning goods to us by emailing Customerservices@mbsuk.co.uk.

Under the Distance selling act 2000 you are allowed a cooling off period of 7 calendar days to return the item for a refund providing the item is returned in a re-saleable, unopened condition (excluding postage and packing costs).
